This is NorDigHealth
NorDigHealth is a Danish-German health project that aims to improve health and prevent disease through the use of new digital technology.
Næstved and Lübeck are Tech Towns
If you live in Næstved Municipality or Lübeck, you can help test the new health technologies. The researchers behind the project will investigate whether new technology can help you and others to a healthier lifestyle.
New Technology
Technology plays an increasingly important role in our everyday lives. Most people have a smartphone with apps that tell us how many steps we have taken and the screen on our phone is often the last thing we see before bedtime. There are studies suggesting that this type of self-monitoring can motivate ordinary citizens to be physically active for shorter periods.
Health technology is also becoming more and more integrated into the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
In the NorDigHealth project, we want to help as many citizens as possible to a healthier lifestyle and motivate many citizens to live healthier and better.
Danish-German Research Collaboration
